I am a research associate since 2013 at the Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique (INRA) in the team Biology & Bioinformatics of Signalling Systems (BIOS). This team is an interdisciplinary team composed of biologists, informaticians and mathematicians. The main research area of the BIOS team is the study of the dynamics of cellular signalling networks, applied to reproductive biology, using a system biology approach.

My works deals with deterministic and stochastic models in biology, particulary from cellular and molecular biology (including signalling systems, reaction networks, gene expression, protein aggregation and structured population dynamics). I'm interested in hybrid modelling, and study stochastic processes, limit theorem, asymptotic properties. I'm also interested in parameter estimation for the dynamic model we study. The main applications I'm interested in concern reproductive biology and neurodegenerative diseases.
